I've been testing this smart ring for about two days now, and I think I can give my initial impressions. For the price, you can't beat what it offers. It includes a charging cable, a charging case, a simple setup, and a decent amount of tracking features. The app is fairly basic, but it has the essential information you'll want to monitor. The ring itself is very comfortable to wear and looks great. Be sure to order half a size up, as the charging connector area has a small bump that could make the ring feel too tight on your finger. Even so, it should fit snugly for accurate readings. It already has a few scratches after a couple of days, but that's to be expected with any ring. Setup was easy, and it connects well with my phone. The pedometer tracking is rather inaccurate compared to my smartwatch, but the sleep tracking is excellent. I would recommend this smart ring if you want to try it out and see if rings are the type of device you want to use for health monitoring, but this ring should be used as a secondary tracking accessory to check some data.

The ring itself is fine; I wash my hands all the time and it still works well. I don't shower with it on or clean with harsh chemicals while wearing it. I tried draining the battery to see how long it lasts. I got about 4 days. On day 2, it dropped to around 35%. However, I usually take it off to shower or clean and leave it on its charger, so with this one, I don't have to charge it very often. The ring's build quality is good: it feels like a shiny plastic, not cheap, but not metal either. The app: it's the "Lucky Ring" app, in case you want to check it out. It doesn't let me register my email, so the information will be deleted if I change phones, delete the app, or something happens. This doesn't bother me, but it might bother you. There's an option to choose how often you want the ring to monitor your oxygen and heart rate. You have to enable this, or it won't take your heart rate reading. The intervals are every 5 minutes up to 1 hour. I have it set to 5-minute intervals, and I already mentioned my battery life above. There are only 3 exercises: walking, running, and cycling. Unfortunately, there are no stationary exercises. It also doesn't show your heart rate in the post-workout data. It does show it on the phone screen WHILE you're exercising. Afterward, it only shows time, distance, and pace. It does constantly monitor your heart rate during exercise, but it doesn't save it. Sleep tracking is fairly accurate, but basic. The app itself is simple. I hope this helps.
